Assalamu Alaikum! How are you? Hopefully, you are having a fantastic time. I am having the same, Alhamdulillah. Here is the actifit report on the 8th of August, 2022.

On Monday, I consulted 23 patients in my chamber. In the visa medical section, 38 people came for the visa. I examined a part of them.

No walk on the treadmill and no riding bicycle. However, after office duty, we went to two shopping centres. Walking there, along with the walking in between my home, office and mosque helped me get 10k plus steps.

I watched a lecture by Dr Yasir Qadhi. It is about a beautiful dua, narrated by Ammar Ibn Yasir (Ra). It is a long dua but covers many aspects of our life.
