Hi there! Assalamu Alaikum. How are you? Hope that you are well. I am fine as well, Alhamdulillah. Here are my activities on the 21st of August 2022. It was Sunday.

In Oman, the vehicle license (Mulkiya) needs to be renewed yearly. The vehicle that's age (from the year of production) is less than 10 years can be renewed digitally without any necessity for a "near inspection" test. Having a Nissan Tiida of 2011, my car needed to go for a physical fitness test. On Sunday morning I went to the police headquarters for that purpose.

Before heading to the police headquarters, I went to a car washing centre to have a thorough wash of my car; inside and outside. So, I left home after 6:30 am. However, the car wash started after 7:30 only. As I went earlier, my car was washed in the first batch. When I left the car wash center, it was almost 9 am. It took me around 15-20 minutes to reach the police station.

When I reached the police headquarters, there was a long queue of vehicles coming for fitness tests. When my turn came, it was over 10 am. It took around 5-10 minutes to check my car. Alhamdulillah, there were no major issues that would postpone the renewal except for reprinting the license plate costing me an extra 10 OMR. So, afterwards, I paid the bills for both license renewal (28 OMR) and license plate reprinting purposes. To replace the plate an additional 1 OMR was needed. When I reached home, it was almost 11:30 am.

Immediately I went to the clinic to join the morning shift duty. I informed the management about the issue beforehand. So, another doctor became the opening batsman on Sunday (I am usually the opening batsman 🙂). As I was three hours late in joining the duty, I consulted fewer patients.

Regarding physical activity, I didn't walk on the treadmill. But, I was able to make 10k steps.
