Assalamu Alaikum! How are you? Hopefully, you are fine. I am fine too, Alhamdulillah. Welcome to my post which is the actifit report on the 19th of September, 2022.

On the 19th of September, I consulted 22 patients in my chamber. It was a pretty relaxing time except for the last two hours when most of those 22 patients came. In the visa medical section, 59 people came for the check-up.

Regarding physical activities, on Monday, I walked on the treadmill for 16 minutes after lunch. It helped me reach 12k plus steps.

On Tuesday evening/afternoon, there were heavy clouds in the sky. There were some drizzling also but no cats and dogs.

I watched a few YouTube lectures as well. The first one is a lecture by Dr Umar Suleiman. He talked about
"With hardship comes ease". When we are amid hardship, we often think that everything is over! But, if we can practice forbearing, ease will follow the hardship.

The other video was about the Incredible life story of Imam Al Ghazali, one of the greatest Islamic scholars and assumed reviver of Islam of that time.
