Hello again. Assalamu Alaikum! How are you? I hope that you are doing great. Welcome to my post. It's actifit report number 1113. It's also the Alive and Thriving report on Sunday, Mar 03, 2024.

It was an average Sunday. I had a pretty long morning walk today. Afterward, I studied for a while, instead of working online. Later, I joined my morning shift duty at 9 am. It ended at 1:30 pm.

Today we had a guest at lunch. He is a doctor from Bangladesh. He is working in another branch of our company. He came to consult the cardiologist in our branch. I invited him over lunch.

After saying goodbye to him, we had our lunch. Then I published today's #larryisalive post. Afterward, I had an afternoon nap for around half an hour. In the afternoon, we went to the rooftop to feed the pigeons.

I joined my evening shift duty at 5:30 pm and it ended at 10:15 pm. It wasn't a busy day. I consulted 27 patients in my chamber. In the visa medical section, 54 people came for the check-up. I examined part of them.

After 10 pm, I had to play with my kid for a while. A baby cockroach 🪳 helped me finish the play earlier 😉😅.
