Hello again. How are you? I hope that you are doing great. Welcome to my post. It's actifit report number 1127. It's also the Alive and Thriving report on Sunday, the 6th of Ramadan, March 17, 2024.

Relaxing Sunday

It was quite a relaxing Sunday at my work, unlike Saturday. There were three GPs on duty. Hence, it was more of a relaxing time for me. I consulted only 8 patients during the whole duty hours.

Of them, there was an expatriate who came with severe pain in his right flank area. Several months before he visited our clinic with left flank pain. He was treated as a case of acute renal/ureteric colic.

This time the pain was on the right side and in the morning he had already gotten injections from another hospital (he came to me at noon). The pain reduced a bit but returned later. He decided to visit our clinic because previously he got better from the injections given here.

So, I checked the old records and gave him the same injections. Alhamdulillah, he got relieved from the pain. But, as a side effect of one of the injections, he was having a bit of blurred vision and somewhat dizziness. But, he was still happy as the excruciating pain reduced. He didn't seem to be bothered by the side effects! He left with a smiling face 🌝.
