Hello, again! How are you? I hope that you are doing great. Welcome to my post. It's actifit report number 1272. It's also the alive and thriving report on Thursday, May 29, 2025.

It was the school-ending ceremony of this academic year for my kid. The school authority arranged the event in an external venue. We were invited. Hence, I took the morning off from work. I went to attend the event at 9 am. The kids performed on the stage. Later, each of them was given a gift. My son got a remote-controlled car. The event ended at around 11 am.

In the afternoon, I had an afternoon nap. Later, I joined the evening shift duty at 4 pm. As three GP doctors were on duty, it was a super easy shift. I consulted only 9 patients in 5 hours!

On Thursday, there was no treadmill walk. Hence, I was far from the 10k steps mark!
