Hello, again! How are you? I hope that you are doing great. Welcome to my post. It's the alive and thriving report on Monday, October 3rd, 2025. It is also the actifit report number 1303!
Monday was another busy day at work. I consulted 41 patients in my chamber. The patient turnover is quite high, due to the flu season. Daily, on average, 110-120 patients come to the GP doctors! The clinic waiting area most of the time remains full with patients! A pretty good season for the clinic owners!
For us, Muslim males, we need to go to the mosque 5 times a day to attend the prayers. I try to maintain that, Alhamdulillah. For two shifts of duty, I need to walk between my home and the clinic 4 times a day! These walks are enough to make at least 5k steps per day. On Monday, according to the Fitbit app, I made over 8k steps. As I couldn't walk on the treadmill, I failed to reach the 10k steps mark.
On Tuesday, I received an email from the Fitbit app updating me on the progress report from the previous week. Here is the screenshot from the email.
It's the stats from October 27 to Nov 02 (Mon to Sun). Thursday was the best day for me when I made over 17k steps! My average steps were 10,824! I am happy with it!
