Měl jsem záměr projít se z práce na tramvajovou zastávku, což jsou necelé dva kilometry. Ale zastavil vedle mě autobus, tak jsem naskočil. Udělal jsem nákupy a večer jsme trochu oslavili výročí mých rodičů. Za rok je čekají kulatiny.

I had an intention to walk to the tram stop about two kilometres. But as a bus stopped next to mě I didn't hestate And hopped on. Then I did some shopping and celebrated my parents' anniversary.

To místo vypadá hezky. Ale nevím, jestli by tam nebyla užitečnější zeleň. Což píšu bez místní znalosti. Napři nevím, jestli by to tam šlo nějak s přiměřenými náklady zalévat atd...

Jedná se o Mendlovo náměstí a Rybářskou a Veletržní ulici na Starém Brně. Kdysi tudy tekl náhon a místu se říkal Brněnské Benátky. A taky zde bývala plovárna. Mendlovo náměstí prošlo výraznou rekonstrukcí a minulý rok bylo slavnostně otevřené (myslím, že s ročním zpožděním). Při ní vzal za své parčík se vzrostlými javory, oblíbené místo bezdomovců.
