Taking A Hard Look At Myself

Slowly I can see my body transformation. I was photographed today and was baffled when I saw how I looked.
I lost about 15 kg since I began my challenge and 20 kg from the starting point of my weight loss journey about a year ago, but I never reflected on it. I never looled back at old pictured or new ones for that matter. This picture today should have been my thumbnail but I was too far away. So I zoomed in and looked at my frame.

I actually look decent and that us something I haven't said for a ling time to myself.
This challenge is changing my life and I feel pretty good about it.
