My Actifit Report Card: January 21 2023
It was a strange day at work. We had the least inbound compared to the rest of the week yet we were not finished before 10am. I guess we all were tired from the amount of goods we had to move during the week.
On top of that it was one of the rare occasions for me to have direct contact to customers. Why do people blame the little gal/guy on the floor for distribution and management issues? We are the least to blame but still the ones taking the heat. That will definitely make a separate post these days.
When I came home my son and his friend had commandeered my Lego bricks. I think it's time tu truly pass them on, the big Duplo days are over.
They started building a nice garage for the yellow excavator (bottom of the pic), the object for my next Lego movie project.
I had to promise them to include it in there, got a few ideas already what to do with it. That will take me probably a week or so to finish.

That's because it's the little person that the customer sees. It would take work to actually find someone to bitch at.

Hehehe, yes, that's (sadly) the way it is. Every time I point out the customer support would be happy to take note and that would actually reach the top (even though maybe only as one little number in a big statistics) they don't want to anymore and move on.
Glad you enjoyed the lego picture. I have the feeling my little one will make sure there will be more of them to come. :-)
