This is a running day. Temperature is still high, it is not easy to run, but I still go for it. It has been awhile not having a run. Though it is tough, there are also many people running along thr way. Sometimes it is even congested. I put the speed to be low, but it is really too hot and it needs so much effort at the end of the run.
