Did you cook it ? I have never seen a black filling inside a sandwich, this looks interesting.

This is dim sum as mentioned by jfang003, and this toast is stuffed with custard mixed with sesame. sesame is giving the funny color :)
And no unfortunately I don't know how to cook this kind of toast, I should give a try someday :D
