This morning I woke up at seven. Then I freshened up and ran for about thirty minutes. Then I took a shower, had breakfast, and came to the office at nine. I was focused on my work at the office. After work, I came home at five. Then in the afternoon I went to the field to play football. And I returned home in the evening.
