I exercise early every morning.
And in the meanwhile I make some pictures. Even today I was exercising early in the morning and I reached the new road of my village which is one of the crops of our village.
I stood on this road and took some pictures.

There are many benefits to exercising early in the morning. It helps control sugar, it also helps control blood pressure, and it keeps the human body active and energetic.
میں ہر روز صبح سویرے ورزش کرتا ہوں۔ اور اس کے دوران چند تصویریں بناتا ہوں ۔ آج بھی میں صبح سویرے ورزش کر رہا تھا اور میں اپنے گاؤں کے نیو روڈ پر پہنچ گیا جو ہمارے گاؤں کی فصلوں میں سے نیو روڈ بنا ہے اس روڈ پر کھڑے ہو کر میں نے چند تصویریں بنائیں

صبح سویرے ورزش کرنے کے بہت زیادہ فائدے ہیں اس سے شوگر کنٹرول میں رہتی ہے اس سے بلڈ پریشر بھی کنٹرول میں رہتا ہے اور انسان کا جسم چست اور توانا رہتا ہے

میری ہر انسان کو نصیحت ہے کہ وہ صبح سویرے ضرور ورزش کریں کیونکہ اس سے بہت سی بیماریوں کا خاتمہ ہوتا ہے انسان کا جسم کو توانا رہتا ہے

When I was taking pictures, I took a lot of pictures of standing crops. We have wheat crops. In our village, they are standing green at the moment.
جب میں تصویریں بنا رہا تھا تو بہت سی تصویریں میں نے ساتھ کھڑی فصلوں کی بنائیں ہماری گندم کی فصلیں ہیں ہمارے گاؤں میں یہ اس وقت سرسبز کھڑی ہیں
