Un poco de vida a la vida.

La vida es proporcionalmente bella hasta el punto en que nosotros mismos nos lo permitimos. No es que sea perfecta tal como la imagínanos; pero si perfectamente exquisita para saborear su colores. Hoy tuve turno con el dentista y al regresar a casa me compré una cerveza y me senté en este parque a disfrutar de este maravilloso panorama. Me di cuenta que hacía rato no me sentaba aquí y que hay mucha belleza y paz en un lugar tan cerca de casa al que vengo muy poco. Todos esos pequeños detalles que dejamos correr precisamente por estar corriendo detrás de otros cosas; dan tanta paz, felicidad y amor interior que seria una alegría vivirlos con intensidad solo por la razón de estar vivos, respirar y admirar. Conecta con tu alrededor, quizás te des cuenta de algo mágico que tus ojos no lograban ver hasta el día que decides abrirlos a la luz de de esta vida. Ya me tengo que ir a trabajar, estoy escribiendo este mensaje en vivo y directo ahora mismo ya; tal como la atención plena lo requiere. Les deseo mucha felicidad, paz y amor.

A little life to life.

Life is proportionally beautiful up to the point that we allow it to be. It’s not that it’s perfect the way we imagine it; but it is perfectly exquisite for savoring its colors. Today I had a dentist appointment and on my way home, I bought myself a beer and sat in this park to enjoy this wonderful view. I realized it had been a while since I last sat here—and there’s so much beauty and peace in a place so close to home that I visit so little.

All those small details we let slip by precisely because we’re running after other things… they offer such peace, happiness, and inner love that it would be a joy to live them fully, simply for the reason of being alive, breathing, and admiring.

Connect with your surroundings. Maybe you’ll realize something magical your eyes couldn’t see—until the day you decide to open them to the light of this life.

I have to go to work now. I’m writing this message live and in the moment—just as mindfulness requires.
