My Actifit Report Card: June 3 2021
Hello ACTIFITIANS
How are you all?
I Hope everyone is healthy.
However, due to the weakness imparted by yesterday's vaccination, I woke up bit late but not lot more at around 06:30 hrs. As due to working day today, I walk little bit less than usual and reach home at around 07:00 hrs. I usually prefer to complete atleast 5 K steps in the morning walk but today it was 3.5 steps on #actifit app. I took one pic of flowers as well while walking. After breakfast (Pauha), I reach office on sharp 08:00 hrs.
At around 11:00 hrs, I was feeling little exhausted and feels mild fever due to vaccination. Situation was getting worsen. At 12:30 hrs, I came home for lunch. I was fully loaded with fever and headache. My wife also insist to take a half day off but I didn't hear her - don't ever do that. I immediately took a DOLO 650 to subside the effect of fever due to the vaccination. I reach office at 13:45 hrs and then relax for 2 hours there as it was lunch time and nobody was there to taunt, or assign me a work. Meanwhile, DoLo was doing its job pretty good and fast. By the end of 16:00 hrs, I had only headache, fever were gone all of sudden.
Meanwhile I checked market condition, going great from my point of view. I check my order on Amazon. I had brought a book about bitcoin and cryptocurrency but I didn't received it till date. This was quite frustrating because original delivery date was 28 may. Amazon usually deliver items before the delivery day but this time they have disappointed me.
By 18:30, headache were gone and i was super energetic after a tea we had at our in-house canteen.
At around 20:15 hrs, I reach home, had a shower, and then had a delicious dinner. As It was the bad and exhausting day for me, we cancelled the usual program of light walk on terrace. We keep watching TV serials named AHILYA until the latest epicode.
However, the bad day, still I could managed to cross 10k steps anyhow on actifit app
