My Actifit Report Card: October 29 2023
Today was an excellent day. About of sports, I'm currently mainly focused on jogging. I used to ride my bike a lot in the past, but due to the ongoing conflict in the area, I'm trying not to be far from home or areas protected from missiles.
So today, I walked in my neighborhood towards the sea (I live very close to the beach). I met some friends I hadn't seen in a long time and was very happy to greet them. We took a walk together and talked about the situation and our spirits. We're trying to maintain a positive outlook as much as possible. The situation is still a conflict; it has been 23 days since October 7th, which was a terrible day. Hoping for better days soon for everyone.
