My Actifit Report Card: November 4 2023

Hello everyone, I'm back after a short break. I was a bit sick, didn't leave the house, and didn't get enough steps in, unfortunately. Today was actually a better day; I decided to take a walk to a friend's place who lives a bit far in the city. This friend cooks meals for friends every weekend, and this weekend was no exception. It was a fun gathering of many people; we ate, talked about the situation, and I was glad to see some people I haven't seen in a while. We're going through challenging times as a nation, so it's important to be together and support friends and family. I don't know how long this will last, but it will take time. The walk to my friend's place was long, both the way there and back, but I was happy to reach my step goal. Hope to do it again tomorrow!
