Mi reporte de Actifict: febrero 8 2024
Por unos problemas en mi teléfono se me ha dificultado subir contenido utilizando la aplicación de Actifit. Pero ya estoy de vuelta. Voy a maquetar mis publicaciones desde mi tablet al tiempo que cuento mi actividad con mi teléfono. Así podre estar aquí de manera continua, y lo más activo posible.
El día de hoy hice unos ejercicios de hombros con mis compañeros, para acumular la tensión necesaria en la parada de manos. Elemento que voy mejorando cada día.
Aún me estoy recuperando del absceso que me salió en la mano. Así que por eso uso una venda, para mermar el dolor, ya que siempre acumulamos carga en la palma de la mano para distribuir la fuerza, y es doloroso si no uso mi vendaje. Me molesta mucho esta situación porque soy un fan de hacer muscle up, realmente me han jodido. Pero bueno, hacemos lo que podemos y no dejamos de entrenar, espero recuperarme pronto. Un saludo a toda la comunidad.
Due to some problems with my phone I have been having trouble uploading content using the Actifit application. But I'm back now. I'm going to layout my posts from my tablet while I count my activity with my phone. This way I can be here continuously, and as active as possible.
Today I did some shoulder exercises with my colleagues, to accumulate the necessary tension in the handstand. This is an element that I am improving every day.
I am still recovering from the abscess that I got on my hand. So that's why I use a bandage, to reduce the pain, since we always accumulate load in the palm of the hand to distribute the force, and it's painful if I don't use my bandage. I'm really upset about this situation because I'm a fan of doing muscle ups, I really got screwed. But hey, we do what we can and don't stop training, I hope to recover soon.
