Mi reporte de Actifict: abril 3 2024
Hoy me desperté muy temprano para ir a trotar al parque y encontrarme con mi amigo @lionfit, hace rato que no nos vemos, ya que nuestras agendas no han coincidido, pero el parque siempre nos une, es nuestro lugar común, nuestro punto de rencuentro. Me sorprendió ver que está un poco más robusto y subido de peso. Le recomendé que se descargue la Daap de Actific nuevamente, se ponga conmigo a correr y a registrar su reporte de actividad. Veamos si me hace un poco de caso… 😄
Esta semana será una semana de descarga, con muy poca actividad física, ya que estuve dos meses entrenando duro para la competencia Set and Reps que se efectuó la semana pasada en el parque Tiquire Flores, en el municipio de Revenga, Estado Aragua. Organizada por Street Workout Community y financiada por HIVE Blockchain. Estuve allí, pronto estaré subiendo mi post contando mi experiencia el evento. Un saludo a todos en la comunidad. 💙
Today I woke up very early to go jogging in the park and meet my friend @lionfit, we haven't seen each other for a while, since our agendas have not coincided, but the park always unites us, it is our common place, our meeting point. This week will be a dump week, with very little physical activity, as I spent two months training hard for the Set and Reps competition that took place last week at Tiquire Flores Park, in the municipality of Revenga, Aragua State.
