Hola, buenas noches, hace rato salí a entretenerme y aproveché a hacer ejercicios de calentamiento y correr. Así pude hacer la prueba con la aplicación en el modo avión a ver si funciona. En mi actividad me sentí tanto en la ida y la vuelta muy bien y saludable gracias a Dios. Con una misma rapidez, ritmo y tiempo buenos, mejorando cada vez. Mi meta para los próximos meses o el tiempo que se necesite es ir aumentando progresivamente la distancia y hasta el punto de correr toda la autopista Alirio Ugarte Pelayo.

Durante la actividad observé que había bastante personas por la vía, pero después del elevado de Boquerón se había ido la luz y estaba solo, pero de todas maneras me llene de ánimo y pude finalizar.
