Saludos, buenas noches a todos y en especial las personas amantes del running todoterreno a pesar del clima.

Hablando del clima hoy estuvo caluroso. Temprano en el día amenazó con llover, pero lo que hizo fue sol, por eso espere a que anocheciera para poder salir; las pobres chicharras murieron reventadas hoy porque no paraban de cantar.

En mis impresiones qué observé durante la carrera, el primer kilómetro fue rápido y me fui cansando. En el segundo bajé un poco la intensidad para poder rendir. En el tercero y un poco más subí solo un poco para terminar rematando el trayecto logrando un excelente tiempo, el cual mejore y aumenté más la distancia.

Durante la carrera pude observar qué había más movimiento de personas y vehículos circulando y los negocios trabajaron hasta más tarde, me vine y aun no cerraban. Al parecer se normalizó el horario, pero aún hay personas que no han regresado del asueto de semana santa; algunos están en la playa o la montaña u otro sitio.

Las fotos qué aparecen en ésta publicación me las estoy haciendo en mi barrio, al finalizar me detengo en uno de los negocios conocidos -que hay wifi gratis para clientes- y ahí aprovecho cerrar la carrera de strava y comunicarme por las redes sociales.

Greetings, good evening to everyone, especially to those who love all-terrain running despite the weather.

Speaking of the weather, it was hot today. Early in the day, it threatened to rain, but instead, the sun came out, so I waited until nightfall to head out. The poor cicadas practically burst today as they wouldn’t stop singing.

Here are my impressions from the run: the first kilometer was fast, and I started feeling tired. During the second, I eased up a bit to maintain my pace. In the third and beyond, I picked up slightly to finish strong, achieving an excellent time and managing to improve and increase the distance.

While running, I noticed more activity: people and vehicles moving around, and businesses staying open later. I headed back, and they were still open. It seems schedules have normalized, although some people have yet to return from the Easter holiday—some are at the beach, in the mountains, or elsewhere.

The photos in this post were taken in my neighborhood. After finishing the run, I stopped by a well-known local shop—where they offer free Wi-Fi to customers—and I took advantage of the moment to wrap up my Strava activity and connect via social media.
