Pasamos el Puente Rafael Urdaneta en bicicleta! || We passed the Rafael Urdaneta Bridge by bicycle! (ESP/ENG)

Pasamos el Puente Rafael Urdaneta en bicicleta! y fue toda una locura acompañados de 700 ciclistas! una experiencia única! gracias al evento de los 60 años del coloso del estado zulia!

We cycled over the Rafael Urdaneta Bridge! and it was a crazy ride with 700 cyclists! a unique experience! thanks to the event of the 60th anniversary of the colossus of the state of Zulia!

Comenzamos desde el municipio santa rita, lo que fue uno de los recorridos mas emocionantes que pude haber realizado y el cual pude documentar de principio a fin! pudiendo obtener un sin fin de tomas las cuales me llenaron de mucha alegría ya que no soy un profesional pero hago lo que puedo

We started from the municipality of Santa Rita, which was one of the most exciting tours I could have done and which I could document from beginning to end! being able to get endless shots which filled me with great joy since I am not a professional but I do what I can.

Pasar el puente fue una experiencia extraordinaria, adrenalina emoción capaz de dibujar una gran sonrisa ya que esto es algo que no se ve todos los días, pasar el puente en bici créanme es algo único!

Aunque por motivos obvios se me olvidó poner la aplicación a andar y no tuve contador de kilómetros aunque la ruta fue la siguiente! Salimos del Municipio Santa Rita para atravesar en gran coloso del Zulia hasta el municipio San Francisco.

Estuvimos acompañando de todos los clubes del estados y foráneos con ciclistas profesionales , casuales y bueno todo el que tenia bicicleta y quería ir!

Spending the bridge was an extraordinary experience, adrenaline excitement able to draw a big smile as this is something you do not see every day, spend the bridge by bike believe me is something unique!

Although for obvious reasons I forgot to put the application to ride and I had no kilometer counter although the route was as follows! We left the Santa Rita Municipality to cross the great colossus of Zulia to the municipality of San Francisco.

We were accompanied by all the clubs of the state and foreigners with professional cyclists, casual and well everyone who had a bike and wanted to go!

Todo fue de maravilla teníamos patrocinantes como Gatorade y Polar! y el uniforme que nos unifico a todos fue vendido por polar y fue una locura que todos fuéramos de azul ya que todos los clubes fuimos uno por alrededor de 2 horas! y pues claro quien quería ir con su uniforme fue y mas que todo fueron los ciclistas mayores de 60 años para arriba! ¿Te imaginas? mas de 50 años andando en bici!

Everything went great we had sponsors like Gatorade and Polar! and the uniform that unified us all was sold by Polar and it was crazy that we were all in blue because all the clubs were one for about 2 hours! and of course who wanted to go with their uniform was and most of all were cyclists over 60 years old and up! Can you imagine? more than 50 years riding a bike!

Nos detuvimos en toda la pila 21 para tomar fotos, descansar y esperar a los demás ciclistas ya que me había colado con puros élites! una cosa de locos, casi muero aguantando su ritmo algo de locos!

We stopped at the whole pile 21 to take pictures, rest and wait for the other cyclists, since I was stuck with only elites! It was a crazy thing, I almost died holding their pace, something crazy!

Luego de ese descanso bueno pudimos continuar ya todos juntos, sin ningún problema.

After that good break, we were able to continue together without any problems.

Luego de estar en lo mas alto! recordemos que este puente tiene una descomunal altura , 45 metros sobre el agua , por que es tan alto? para que bajo su sólido cuerpo puedan navegar con total libertad los enormes barcos petroleros que llegan hasta estas latitudes.! a si que ya sabes que en la pila 21 estábamos a 45 Metros ! sobre el agua! y bueno ahora viene lo bueno, que es la pendiente una bajada donde todas las bicicletas llegaron a 50 km y mas !

After being at the top! remember that this bridge has a huge height, 45 meters above the water, why is it so high? so that under its solid body can navigate with total freedom the huge oil tankers that come to these latitudes!! so you know that in the stack 21 we were 45 meters above the water! and now comes the good part, which is the slope a descent where all the bikes came to 50 km and more!

Ya recuperados gracias a tan hermosa pendiente donde nuevamente debo decirlo la velocidad fue asombrosa y parece mentira pero luego de esto nos dispersamos demasiado y claro como no! si delante iba rodeado de bicicletas de ruta y MTB equipadas con todo lo necesario para rendir al 100% una cosa de locos y entre mas pedaleábamos llegábamos a su final, el punto de encuentro del evento.

Already recovered thanks to such a beautiful slope where again I must say the speed was amazing and it seems unbelievable but after this we scattered too much and of course how not! if ahead was surrounded by road bikes and MTB equipped with everything necessary to perform at 100% a crazy thing and the more we pedaled we arrived at the end, the meeting point of the event.

Luego de llegar pude disfrutar de todo tipo de bicicletas desde la mas sencilla a la mas cara! y hasta bicicletas decoradas! como es la que verán en la siguiente foto, de verdad este evento lo disfrute al máximo

After arriving I could enjoy all kinds of bikes from the most simple to the most expensive! and even decorated bikes! like the one you will see in the following picture, I really enjoyed this event to the fullest.

Dándole fin a lo que fue un evento que todos disfrutamos de una manera especial ya que no todos los días permiten pasar el puente en bicicleta!

Ending what was an event that we all enjoyed in a special way since it is not every day that you can spend the bridge on a bicycle!

Como pudieron ir leyendo fue algo único que me sirvió de inspiración para seguir haciendo este deporte, y seguir avanzando mejorando día tras día, recorrer los 14 km del puente y llegar a estar a 45 metros sobre el agua es algo que no todos los días puedes hacer y que tuve la fortuna de hacerlo! y mas poder tomar fotos de todo! pude documentar todo el evento con mi teléfono y eso fue lo mejor ! ya que si no hay foto, no hay evento! lo disfrute demasiado, sin lugar a duda el mejor evento ciclístico al que he podido asistir.

As you could read it was something unique that inspired me to continue doing this sport, and keep moving forward improving day after day, ride the 14 km of the bridge and get to be 45 meters above the water is something that not every day you can do and I was fortunate to do it! and more to take pictures of everything! I could document the entire event with my phone and that was the best! because if there is no photo, there is no event! I enjoyed it too, without a doubt the best cycling event I have been able to attend.
