Hola, ¿qué tal saludos amigos de #Hive y #SWC? En este día les comparto mi reporte de Actifict en el cual, en este día, primero en realizar una caminata hasta el parque de los bloques, seguido de 4 vueltas trotando y así poder conseguir mi objetivo en este mes enfocándome en aumentar mi resistencia cardiovascular y mantener mi peso actual ya como saben soy atleta de calistenia y el mantener un peso adecuado es muy importante.

En este mes mi plan de entrenamiento tiene como objetivo primordial es el conseguir bajar mi porcentaje de grasa corporal y al mismo tiempo poder aumentar mi resistencia física, ya que quiero superar la meta de los 4 kilómetros por entreno llevando un seguimiento de mi resistencia por mes para en un futuro llegar a superar el límite y aunque hoy hizo demasiada calor sin dudarlo no me di por vencido cumpliendo con éxito este reto que cada día me enseña que puedo superarme a mí mismos y aunque esto tal vez para muchos sea fácil para otros es muy difícil, ya que todo está en la constancia y la disciplina y por ende es algo que se consigue con mucho esfuerzo y mucha dedicación me despido enviándoles un fuerte abrazo con la esperanza de poder llegar a más y algún día poder motivarlos.
