Hola, buenas tardes, amantes de la calistenia. Espero que todos estén teniendo un día lleno de energía y motivación. Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes mi último entrenamiento de calistenia de la semana, enfocado en ganancia de fuerza.
Aunque actualmente me encuentro lesionado, eso no ha detenido mi pasión por entrenar. Al contrario, me ha enseñado a ser más inteligente con mis rutinas, priorizando ejercicios que me permitan fortalecerme sin agravar mi condición.
Hello, good afternoon, calisthenics lovers. I hope you're all having an energetic and motivated day. Today I want to share with you my last calisthenics workout of the week, focused on strength gains.
Although I'm currently injured, that hasn't stopped my passion for training. On the contrary, it's taught me to be smarter with my routines, prioritizing exercises that allow me to get stronger without aggravating my condition.
Mi enfoque principal en este día fue fortalecer los básicos de los estáticos y al mismo tiempo usar la banda elástica para trabajar la propiocepción y el dominio técnico para asegurar una ganancia de fuerza, por lo que este entrenamiento fue un reto para superar mi límite actual y aún más cuando en algunos momentos sentí molestias, pero eso no me impidió dar lo mejor de mí.
My main focus today was strengthening the basics of static exercises while also using the resistance band to work on proprioception and technical mastery to ensure strength gains. Therefore, this workout was a challenge to push past my current limits, even more so when I felt discomfort at times, but that didn't stop me from giving my best.
Para compensar, al finalizar incluí unos supersets de básicos como las dominadas y los fondos para garantizar un estímulo de fuerza óptimo sin forzar demasiado las articulaciones. La clave está en escuchar tu cuerpo y adaptar el entrenamiento para seguir avanzando sin riesgos. Quiero motivarlos a que, sin importar las circunstancias, nunca dejen de entrenar porque en este o cualquier deporte se tienen altos y bajos y lo que en realidad te llevará a superar tus límites es tu determinación, así que si en algún momento si piensas en renunciar, Recuerda que todo es mental y que está en ti seguir adelante, así que mucho ánimo y vamos por más. 👍
To compensate, at the end, I included some supersets of basic exercises like pull-ups and dips to ensure optimal strength stimulation without overstressing my joints. The key is to listen to your body and adapt your workout to continue making progress safely. I want to motivate you to never stop training, no matter the circumstances, because in this or any sport there are ups and downs, and what will really help you overcome your limits is your determination. So, if at any point you think about giving up, remember that it's all mental and it's up to you to keep going. So, keep your spirits up and let's go for more. 👍
