Saludos, amigos de Actifit. Hoy les traigo un reporte cargado y lleno de energías y motivación, por lo que en este día me he enfocado en el dominio del peso corporal para reducir mi porcentaje de grasa y así alcanzar una mejor estabilidad física y mental.
Greetings, friends of Actifit. Today I have a packed report, full of energy and motivation. Today I focused on weight management to reduce my body fat percentage and thus achieve greater physical and mental stability.
Mi entrenamiento comenzó en el parque de mi urbanización, donde combiné cardio y calistenia; primero completé seis vueltas trotando y caminando, sumando unos 5 km en todo el recorrido. Seguido de esto, realicé varios ejercicios de movilidad y estiramientos para preparar y descargar el cuerpo y así estar un poco más cómodo para el entreno de la tarde. Luego de almorzar y descansar un rato, volví a mi segundo entreno de la tarde para completar otro día intenso, pero con muchas ganas de superarme.
My training began at the park in my neighborhood, where I combined cardio and calisthenics. First, I completed six laps of jogging and walking, totaling about 5 km. Following this, I performed various mobility and stretching exercises to prepare and unload my body and be a little more comfortable for the afternoon workout. After lunch and a short rest, I returned to my second afternoon workout to complete another intense day, but eager to push myself.
Al llegar la tarde, me reuní con mis compañeros @loganramirez-sw y @omarzv-sw para el entreno de calistenia, por lo que trabajamos ejercicios como las dominadas, fondos y flexiones hasta completar 400 repeticiones, siendo este mi reto del día para aumentar mi resistencia, pero sobre todo poder conseguir la fuerza necesaria para transferirla hacia los estáticos.La verdad, fue un entrenamiento exigente pero muy gratificante que me acerca cada día más a mis metas, esto con la finalidad de superar mis nuevos límites sin perder de vista que lo más importante es cuidar mi salud y bienestar. Les comparto esta rutina con la esperanza de que les motive a perseguir sus propios objetivos. Agradezco su apoyo y los invito a seguirme en este camino de superación, donde cada entrenamiento es un paso hacia una vida más activa y saludable. Nos vemos en la próxima con más desafíos y progresos.
In the afternoon, I met up with my teammates @loganramirez-sw and @omarzv-sw for calisthenics training. We did exercises like pull-ups, dips, and push-ups until we completed 400 reps. This was my challenge for the day to increase my endurance, but above all, to gain the strength I needed to transfer it to static exercises. The truth is, it was a demanding but very rewarding workout that brings me closer every day to my goals. This is all with the aim of surpassing my new limits without losing sight of the fact that the most important thing is taking care of my health and well-being. I'm sharing this routine with you in the hope that it motivates you to pursue your own goals.
