¡Hola, amigos de Actifit! ✨. Hoy les traigo un reporte especial sobre mi entrenamiento, enfocado en fortalecer con calistenia y mejorar el equilibrio en parada de manos. Como saben, he tenido que bajar la intensidad por un problema que volvió en mi espalda. Pero ¡aquí sigo, con más ánimo que nunca! 💪 Amo el deporte demasiado para rendirme, y cada día es una oportunidad para superarme.

Hoy entrené en uno de mis parques favoritos ubicado en los bloques. Fue una sesión llena de fuerza y perseverancia, dónde capturé unas fotos increíbles de la disciplina, crecimiento y superación personal. Aunque los ejercicios son de baja intensidad, cada movimiento cuenta. ¡Mi meta es seguir avanzando con lo que mi cuerpo permite!

Hello, Actifit friends! ✨Today I'm bringing you a special report on my training, focused on strengthening with calisthenics and improving my balance in handstands. As you know, I've had to lower the intensity due to a recurring back problem. But here I am, more motivated than ever! 💪 I love sports too much to give up, and every day is an opportunity to improve myself.

Today I trained at one of my favorite parks located in the blocks. It was a session full of strength and perseverance, where I captured some incredible photos of discipline, growth, and personal improvement. Although the exercises are low-intensity, every movement counts. My goal is to keep moving forward with what my body allows!

Trabajé mucho el control de mi peso corporal: flexiones en el suelo, paradas de manos en barra y ejercicios suaves para fortalecer la espalda. La parada de manos es un reto, pero cada intento me acerca más. ¡Esa sensación de logro no tiene precio! 🌟

Quiero que sepan que, aunque haya obstáculos, la pasión nunca se detiene sobre todo por ser constante y escuchar mi cuerpo. ¡Cada pequeño paso es una victoria! Por eso quiero agradecer por su apoyo, amigos. Sigamos entrenando, creciendo y celebrando cada esfuerzo. ¡Juntos somos más fuertes!

I worked hard on controlling my body weight: push-ups on the floor, handstands on a bar, and gentle exercises to strengthen my back. The handstand is a challenge, but each attempt brings me closer. That feeling of accomplishment is priceless! 🌟

I want you to know that, even when there are obstacles, passion never stops, especially if you're persistent and listen to your body. Every small step is a victory!
