Hello, sports lovers! Today, I'm bringing you an energetic calisthenics report, focused on mastering the full planche. This time, I'll be sharing some high-intensity exercises that, although demanding, are extremely useful for achieving this static position. I'm sure you'll enjoy them and find them very useful, especially for those who are progressing in street workouts. Without further ado, here are some images from today's experience.

La verdad es que tenía tiempo sin visitar el parque de los bloques debido a las lluvias, pero hoy el clima fue perfecto. No solo pude entrenar, sino también reunirme con mis compañeros y disfrutar de una tarde increíble. Más allá de cumplir con mi rutina, sentí una conexión única entre cuerpo y mente, al punto de que cada ejercicio fluyó con facilidad. Esto es resultado de meses de trabajo constante, progresiones y bases sólidas, especialmente después de una lesión que me alejó un tiempo. Hoy, gracias a Dios, me siento más fuerte y veo el progreso. ¡Esto es solo el comienzo!

Les comparto estas fotografías como testimonio de disciplina y dedicación. Espero que les inspiren tanto como a mí me motiva seguir creciendo. El camino no es fácil, pero cada gota de sudor vale la pena. ¡Gracias por su apoyo y nos vemos en el próximo reporte! The truth is, I haven't been to the Parque de los Bloques for a while due to the rain, but today the weather was perfect. Not only was I able to train, but I was also able to meet up with my teammates and enjoy an incredible afternoon. Beyond sticking to my routine, I felt a unique connection between body and mind, to the point that each exercise flowed easily. This is the result of months of consistent work, progressions, and a solid foundation, especially after an injury that sidelined me for a while. Today, thank God, I feel stronger and see the progress. This is just the beginning!

I share these photographs as a testament to my discipline and dedication. I hope they inspire you as much as they motivate me to keep growing.
