Mi informe de Actifit: octubre 8 2025 #swc
En esta ocasión, me dirigí al parque Los Bloques con mucho optimismo y con las ganas de exigirme un poco más para sentirme mejor. Por eso, antes de comenzar con la rutina principal, realicé un recorrido completo por las instalaciones, logrando unos veinte minutos de cardio continuo, lo cual me permitió entrar en calor y prepararme adecuadamente para los ejercicios de movilidad.
Una vez culminada la fase de cardio, aproveché el momento para tomarme algunas fotografías con una visión más enfocada en mis nuevos objetivos, además de realizar varios ejercicios como fondos, burpees y estiramientos básicos que me ayudaron a liberar tensión y mejorar la flexibilidad. En total, el entrenamiento del día consistió en media hora de cardio y media hora de movilidad, lo justo para mantener el cuerpo activo sin sobrecargarlo.
Después de finalizar, regresé a casa para continuar con mis labores diarias, cumpliendo con las responsabilidades habituales. Sin embargo, algo que quiero destacar es la importancia de este tipo de entrenamientos, sin importar el deporte que practiques, ya que resultan esenciales para la salud de la columna, las articulaciones y la recuperación muscular. Estos ejercicios no solo mejoran el rendimiento, sino que también te ayudan a sentirte más liviano, más fuerte y con mayor energía para enfrentar el día a día.

This time, I went to Los Bloques Park full of optimism and eager to push myself a little harder to feel better. So, before starting the main routine, I took a complete tour around the facilities, managing about twenty minutes of continuous cardio, which allowed me to warm up and properly prepare for the mobility exercises.
Once the cardio phase was over, I took the opportunity to capture some photos with a focus on my new goals, and also performed several exercises such as dips, burpees, and basic stretches that helped me release tension and improve flexibility. In total, the day’s training consisted of half an hour of cardio and half an hour of mobility — just enough to keep the body active without overloading it.
After finishing, I went back home to continue with my daily duties, fulfilling the usual responsibilities. However, I want to highlight the importance of this kind of training, regardless of the sport you practice, since they are essential for spinal health, joint care, and muscle recovery. These exercises not only improve performance but also help you feel lighter, stronger, and more energized to face everyday life.
