A pesar de ser fin de semana y venir de un día bastante agotador por cuestiones laborales, eso no fue un impedimento para volver al parque e intentar superar esos límites y barreras que a veces nos pone la vida. Gracias a Dios llegué al entreno con mucho entusiasmo y con un objetivo claro: trabajar la base, esa que no solo ayuda a definir, sino que también aporta fuerza, masa muscular y tonificación.
La meta fue clara. Realicé 300 repeticiones en total, combinando flexiones, dominadas y fondos. Tomé este entrenamiento como una descarga activa para mantener el cuerpo en movimiento. Luego di un par de vueltas al parque para activar las piernas y cerré con 100 sentadillas con salto, buscando un trabajo completo del cuerpo.
Entrené solo, pero me sentí muy bien y optimista. La semana queda cumplida y, si Dios quiere, el lunes volveremos a trabajar los estáticos. Recuerden que solo con intentarlo ya están marcando la diferencia. Aunque existan días de cansancio, mantengan siempre el objetivo claro. Disciplina y superación. Nos vemos en la próxima. 💪🔥
Even though it was the weekend and I came from a very exhausting workday, that did not stop me from going back to the park and pushing past those limits and barriers that life sometimes puts in front of us. Thanks to God, I arrived at training with great enthusiasm and a clear objective: to work on the basics, which not only help with definition, but also build strength, muscle mass, and toning.
The goal was clear. I completed a total of 300 repetitions, combining push-ups, pull-ups, and dips. I treated this session as an active recovery to stay active without overloading the body. After that, I did a couple of laps around the park to activate my legs and finished with 100 jump squats for full-body strength and dynamic endurance.
I trained alone, but I felt very good and optimistic. The week is now complete, and God willing, on Monday we will return to static exercises. Remember, just trying already makes a difference. Even on tiring days, keep your goal clear. Discipline and self-improvement. See you next time. 💪🔥
