Hercules Actifit: January 18 2023

Keeping my January very fit with Actifit!! This is really a good encouragement to be fit.
Actifit report for 18th January, 2023.
Today I walked approximately 45000 steps throughout the day without use of any mode of transportation until required otherwise. today was one of busiest day at work.
This step counting includes but not limited to; morning walk in a park which is approximately 2km away, in-house activity, neighbourhood walking and roaming around during work time since I have to work a lot in hospital.
Actifit is an amazing app which helps to keep focus on daily health goals.
