BJJ Training Journal - 3/26/22 - More Gi Training
I helped one of my training partners with his No-Gi game yesterday.
We worked on his foot locks and I have been teaching him all of the attacks from the straight foot lock to the heel hook,
He is really getting the hand of it and his toe hold technique is very good.
He is enjoying learning all of the foot attacks.
