TopMark Academy Intra-School Chess Competition: A Gateway to Building Smarter, Confident Pupils
The Top Mark Academy Intra-School Chess Competition has brought together our talented young pupils from Basic 1 to Basic 5 for an exciting and fun-filled event. This competition has been a wonderful opportunity for the pupils to showcase their strategic thinking and problem-solving skills through the timeless game of chess. The energy and excitement in the air are contagious, with each pupil eager to participate in a friendly yet competitive atmosphere.
The competition features three major prizes, generously sponsored by the parents who supported the event. The overall winner, who secures the first position, will be awarded a shining gold medal and a cash prize of 3,000 Naira. This prize is a celebration of their exceptional skills and determination throughout the competition.
The second-place winner will receive a silver medal and a cash prize of 2,000 Naira, while the third-place winner will be awarded a bronze medal and a cash prize of 1,000 Naira. These prizes not only serve as rewards for their hard work but also motivate the pupils to continue developing their critical thinking skills.
The involvement and support of the parents have made this event even more special, and the pupils are thrilled with the chance to compete in a well-organized and exciting event.
