USA lost 3-1 against the Netherlands.

Welcome My Hive Friends,
The Netherlands won the first match of the Super 16 round of the 2022 World Cup football tournament by defeating the American team with 3 goals to 1.
The match was played at the Khalifa International Stadium in Qatar.

It was the Netherlands who opened the scoring in the match which was heated from the start.
In the 10th minute of the match, Memphis Depay scored the first goal for the Netherlands.

In the first minute of extra time at the end of the first half, the returning Netherlands scored the second goal, which was claimed by Daley Blind.

Meanwhile, the second match of the Super 16 round will be held between the strong Argentina and Australia teams.
The match, which will be held at Ahmed Bin Ali Stadium in Qatar, will start tomorrow at 12:30 am local time.

That was just a clear win for the Netherlands because I don’t think USA had what it takes to score Netherlands, anyway they did well to qualify from their group stage, but unfortunately that will be the end to their World Cup journey for 2022. Great write up thanks for sharing.

Great job from the Netherlands, now they are up against Argentina which is going to be a tough match, looking forward to see how both teams battle for a spot in the next round .
