I would have a question to ask you: more than a month ago I used the @hive.recovery service to protect my account as I had been subject to a theft (pishing) My account was never compromised but they stole the #HIVE liquids I had in the account (about 400 USD).
I followed the instructions in your post and proceeded to create the passphrase and all the rest.
Within 30 days it should be active according to the instructions.
However when I go to @hive.block it still gives me the esteemapp account as the recovery account, that is to say the one with which the account was created.
Does this mean that the @hive.recovery account is not yet active?
The 30 days for activation expired on 3/9/2021.

It looks like you have not initiated an account recovery change (I do not see any related transaction in the blockchain)
I advise you to redo the change process.
