My Actifit Report Card: July 10 2025:Daily workout builds your confidence and physique

You really dont know that daily work out gives you confidence, i never really realise this untill i started my home work out routine again ....

So guys for the past weeks I've been steadfast with my workout, for the past four days now consistently every morning, its been very rewarding....

My albs are looking good now, my muscles feels better and my confidences have greatly improved .... i feel and love myself more now than ever 😆....

So today i stepped out to the LGA and that's were i took this photo...

I was in a tricycle and whenever the traffic lights turns red you see a bunch of kids crowd a car and try to wash the winds screen after wards beg for alms ... sometime this is always very touching.....

Like few days ago i was in a mini bus when i saw this little girl doing this thing whenever the lights turn red, she wasn't happy like other kids do , i knew something wasn't right... however the car she was cleaning the wind screen it was a private car and the driver and her spoke for a while i felt touched and wished they did given her something better, somehow i knew they would have wished ti guve her a better life other than staying under the sun chasing vehicles, begging for money in an empty stomach...

I also thought of it today that these kids might be begging for their mothers who will collect their daily hustle to cook n give them just a small portion from it....

Some times life is not what it seems it is, so I'd tell you to be grateful where you find yourself ...
