My Actifit Report Card: July 18 2025: Workout affects your physique and confidence level

I noticed something , almost two weeks now I have started my morning home workout and haven't missed a day, there some significant difference in my physique and confidence,....


Have you been keeping up with your fitness training, really you know some people can feel lazy hitting the gym every morning procrastination today tomorrow and next week meanwhile you can start up very little home workout that require little or no equipment ....

These few weeks just with simple daily routine I have began to build my physique gradually and its making me more confident of myself and how I go about my day...

I feel alot of persons might not know this, tho but how you start your day really matters, it has a lot of effect on your mental capacity to carry on,.... I notice that each time workout the rest of that day there's an energy i carry in almost everything that i do, so excercises does not only help with your physical energy but also on your mental, emotional, psychological energies....
