It is not a fake giveaway or vote scheme. No one has ever been required to upvote or share the post to enter or win. All prizes have been distributed and a random comment picker used. Upvotes have never been and never will be a requirement to enter or win. Giveaways are not against Hive's TOS but it seem you in fact may be.
14.1.1. Use of our Services in any manner that could interfere with, disrupt, negatively affect, or inhibit other users from fully enjoying our Services, or that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the functioning of our Services in any manner;
You are using this service in a way that does in fact " disrupt, negatively affect, or inhibit other users from fully enjoying our Services"
Saying that I am running a "fake" giveaway and accusing me of "vote trading" when the evidence says I am not doing these things is considered libel and defamation in many jurisdictions. This conversation is over. Have the day you deserve.
Giveaway means giving away for free. to expect to get upvotes.
Obviously, users will upvote. Also, this fake giveaway may fish for random votes from other users.
Please do not disrupt the Hive ecosystem by exploiting its shared rewards pool with fake giveaways.
