My Actifit Report Card: November 11 2025

Hello Hivers,

How you doing today? I have to say that i did not expect me to make so many steps yesterday.
I had to drive to Munich. So it took me 2,5 ouhrs there and the same back. When i drive i usualy do not get many steps in the actifit app. But after when i was at home i went to smith to work. There was not much work as well. Just two ouhrs of painting railings for the church in Königsegwald.
When i arived home i took Majlo for a walk. I gues that that was it. There i did most of yesterdays activity.
In the evening i went to shop to by something unhealthy to eat on the sofa. I do confirm that i drunk two beers in the evening es well. Yes i have a few bad habits. Do you have also bad habits? Do you fight those?

Here a few more mushrooms. This one is realy tasty in czech language is called Vaclavka. And this ones grows like the last mashrooms in the season. Ofcourse u can find mashrooms in the wood for whole year. But the main season was now.

It’s nice how you mixed your daily activities with little reflections about your habits. The part about the Vaclavka mushroom was really interesting,it’s great to see how you notice and appreciate nature even on busy days.

Wow, even with a busy day of driving, you still managed a lot of steps, I love the autumn scenery and those mushrooms look cool. Also, don’t worry too much about snacks and beer—balance is what matters.

Over 11k walks. That's awesome. I'm not sure I do walk up to that each day. I think I will have to reactivate my actifi app to monitor it.

I find easyer to make those steps like to write the dayly report. May be becouse of my lasyness 😊

Lol, it's a good motivating factor😅
I believe when you see your steps for the day, ideas on what to write will start flowing and you will jot the down, even though they might not be much.

    I did realy eliminated my drinking quite a lot. But i am still not happy with that. I have to do still a bit more there.
