RE: Monaco Grand Prix Mandatory 2 Pit Stops

I'm not sure where on the circuit they could put it, given the topology and street layout, but it would very amusing for Monaco to have a rally-cross style joker corner (or extended bit of circuit) that the car had to x times per race to create more overtaking opportunities :D

It will never happen, but it would be chaos.
