| Every single trick, easy or difficult, is a new internal battle, a personal challenge, an opportunity to improve yourself. The first round of the battle lies in the mind; you see the spot and you think, I could do this, or that, and the end result depends on how big your imagination is. Round two is in the emotional body, it is that feeling of butterflies in the stomach, or guts roaring, when you stand in front of a spot, this round is defined in the ability to catalyze those sensations towards your desire to achieve your trick so that the challenge becomes a joy of overcoming and not a fight of judgment and fiction. The third and last round is carried out in your physical body, and depends mainly on how well you eat and do sports, although it also has a great influence on how you have previously faced the mental and emotional body. | Cada truco, fácil o difícil, es una nueva batalla interna, un reto personal, una oportunidad de mejorar. El primer round de la batalla yace en la mente; ves el spot y piensas, podría llevar acabo esto, o aquello, y el resultado final depende de cuan grande sea tu imaginación. El tercer y ultimo round es llevado acabo en tu cuerpo físico, y depende principalmente de cuan bien te alimentes y hagas deporte, aun que también influye mucho como es que te hayas enfrentado al cuerpo mental y emocional previamente. |
