  • Skipping 45sec 2sets
  • Jump and jack 45sec 2sets
  • Arm stretching 30sec 2sets
  • Leg stretching 30sec 2sets
  • Spider push-ups 10reps 2sets
  • Clapping push-ups 10reps 2sets
  • Push-ups 18reps 2sets
  • Situp 10reps 2sets
  • Cronches 12reps 2sets
  • Twist 14reps 2sets
  • Leg raise 10reps 2sets
  • Side crunches 10reps 2sets
  • Plank 45sec 2sets
