  • Skipping 35sec 2sets
  • Jump and jack 30sec 2sets
  • Stretch arm stretching 10reps 2sets
  • Push-ups 15reps 2sets
  • Rotation push-ups 10reps 2sets
  • Close arm push-ups 12reps 2sets
  • Bicycle crunches 20reps 2sets
  • V-pull 14reps 2sets
  • Touching ankle 20reps 2sets
  • Leg raise 15reps 2sets
  • Plank 30sec 2sets
