Mundial Sub20 y otros temas locales
Hoy es día feriado en mi país, se festeja un nuevo aniversario del inicio de la revolución de mayo donde en 1810 con un clima lluvioso y húmedo, imagino muy parecido al que hoy tenemos en Buenos Aires, un grupo de personas se juntó alrededor del Cabildo para indagar sobre la autoridad del por entonces Virrey Cisneros ya que habían llegado noticias de la deposición del hasta el momento rey de España Fernando VII. Nadie supuso en ese momento que esa movilización daría comienzo a una serie de eventos que se coronaron con la declaración de la independencia en 1816.
Cuento esto porque tengo tiempo, no debo trabajar y mi excursión de pesca programada para hoy al Río de la Plata fue cancelada ayer por el guía que contratamos por razones climáticas. Es la segunda cancelación en menos de un mes por idénticas razones y tanto yo como mis 3 compañeros de excursión entre los que se encuentra Jorge, el hijo de @numa26, estamos un poco frustrados y enojados con una situación que no podemos manejar. Hemos puesto una nueva fecha, el sábado 10 de junio, voy a prender una vela al dios del clima, que por otra parte no tengo idea de quien será, para que se apiade de nosotros y podamos finalmente concretar esa pesca que promete mucho como en cada oportunidad en que he ido al mismo destino.
Mientras tanto el mundial Sub20 sigue su marcha y en el día de ayer tuvimos otra sorpresa que se suma a las derrotas de Francia y Brasil en la primera fecha, por el grupo D Nigeria derrotó a Italia por 2 a 0, la azzurra defeccionó luego de aquella muy buena impresión que había dejado en el partido anterior derrotando a Brasil por 3 a 2; en el segundo turno Brasil, como se esperaba, goleó a República Dominicana por 6 a 0, lo que resultó una sorpresa al menos para mi, fue que Dominicana soportara 30 minutos con su valla invicta, el conjunto carioca ya estaba comenzando a ponerse nervioso cuando el asedio dio sus frutos, a partir de ese momento la férrea defensa del pequeño país caribeño se derritió como un chocolate olvidado al sol en alguna de las blancas y paradisíacas playas de las que disfrutan.
En ese grupo las oportunidades están abiertas y no hay nada definido, Nigeria está arriba con 6 puntos, seguidos por Brasil e Italia con 3, si en la última fecha los cariocas derrotan a Nigeria e Italia hace lo propio con Dominicana, los tres equipos quedarían empatados en 6 unidades y allí la diferencia de gol marcará las posiciones definitivas, aunque Brasil perdiera con Nigeria, tendría prácticamente asegurado su pase a octavos porque clasificaría como uno de los mejores terceros, algo similar aunque un poco más holgado ocurriría si el encuentro entre ambos terminara empatado.
Por el grupo C Colombia derrotó a Japón 2 a 1 en un partido sufrido y bastante equilibrado que debió dar vuelta ya que comenzó perdiendo, por otra parte Israel y Senegal empataron 1 a 1 en un encuentro que debió llevarse el conjunto africano quien hizo méritos suficientes como para lograrlo. Ahora ambos equipos están complicados con la clasificación y lo único que les queda es dar todo de si en la última fecha para lograr el triunfo que hasta ahora les ha sido esquivo. Un párrafo aparte para Senegal que llevó al estadio una buena cantidad de simpatizantes, la colectividad senegalesa en nuestro país ha crecido mucho en los últimos tiempos y muchos de ellos se acercaron al Diego Armando Maradona de La Plata para observar a su selección juvenil.
En el día de hoy terminará la segunda fecha completándose los encuentros del los grupos E y F.
Por el grupo E Uruguay enfrentará a Inglaterra en un duelo esperado que ha despertado grandes expectativas, Uruguay dejó una muy buena imagen en su primer encuentro y los ingleses quedaron a deber por su triunfo exiguo que todos esperábamos fuera más contundente. En el siguiente turno Irak enfrentará a Túnez, ambos equipos tratarán de salir de perdedores y el equipo iraquí deberá ganar por varios goles para tener una mejor diferencia de gol si quiere pasar de ronda.
Por el grupo F En el primer turno Francia deberá esforzarse para vencer a Gambia, no olvidemos su sorpresiva derrota ante el sorprendente Corea del Sur, una derrota y hasta un empate lo dejarían en una situación complicada, impensada antes del inicio del torneo. En el segundo turno Corea del Sur enfrentará a Honduras, el primero aliviado luego de vencer a Francia el segundo necesitando en forma urgente un resultado positivo.
Veremos que ocurre en la jornada que se avizora muy entretenida, principalmente para los que lo vemos de afuera sin preocupaciones.

Hola, querido amigo @hosgug. Lamento que se les haya tenido que cancelar su día de pesca. Pero el clima es una razón de peso, pues de lo contrario, pudiera no ser una buena idea salir, con tantas lluvias tormentosas. Me alegré muchísimo, cuando @opyavi, mi hijo, me contó que irían de pesca. Ahora lo que viene es paciencia y nada más. Seguro que cuando toque ir, será todo un gran éxito. Ah, por cierto, me gustaría que estuviera acompañándonos el día de la preparación del Locro y las arepas en casa de @palabras1. Será un gran reencuentro con comidas de dos regiones. Será el 16/06.
