Algo como eso ocurrió en el día de ayer con el sorprendente anuncio de la Conmebol y la FIFA sobre el mundial 2030.
Uruguay, Paraguay, Chile y Argentina querían la seda combinada para ese torneo ecuménico que le seguirá al próximo del 2026 a disputarse en México, Estados Unidos y Canadá. Se había anunciado de varias maneras y ya había reuniones para comenzar a delinear la organización. Pero las señales comenzaron a llegar de manera directa y brutal, ante la certeza de la negativa de los países europeos en la votación necesaria para refrendarlo se conformaron con un hueso viejo, flaco y agusanado, sin pensar que ni siquiera alcanzaba para los cuatro; sin dudarlo lo agarraron y se lo repartieron como pudieron, dejaron a Chile afuera del pobre y andrajoso banquete.
Según la explicación de Conmebol y FIFA, Uruguay tendrá el partido inaugural, como homenaje a los 100 años del primer mundial organizado por ese país, Argentina por ser el actual campeón y Paraguay por ser la sede de la Conmebol ¿y porque su presidente es nacido en ese país?
Una excusa como cualquier otra, el mensaje real y concreto queda entre líneas para que solo los más avispados lo comprendan.
Lo concreto y real es que no tendrá el hemisferio sur otro mundial y como afrenta adicional se dejó afuera de las migajas a uno de los cuatro postulantes, la payasada se complementa con España, Portugal y Marruecos a quien le tiraron el carozo de la fruta quedándose con el recurso adicional de poder decir que la organización del torneo abarca 3 continentes.
Por lo tanto, amigos, el mundial se disputará en 6 países diferentes, separados por miles de kilómetros y con un reparto totalmente dispar e inequitativo de encuentros.
Se lo puede disfrazar con cualquier discurso retórico, pero nada impedirá que pensemos que es una payasada armada para dejarnos afuera, una vez más. Ni siquiera en España la resolución del entuerto ha sido tomado con total placer, ya algunos han propuesto una nueva mascota representativa, en vez de "Naranjito" la simpática caricatura de una naranja que los representó en 1982, han propuesto "gajito" por la parte que les toca en el reparto.

Saludos amigo, más allá de todo lo que escribes, me gustaría saber cómo hará la FIFA con la eliminatoria sudamérica cuando solo estarán 7 selecciónes, a sabiendas de que ya los cupos para el mundial no son de 32... todos clasifican para el mundial en esta zona en 2030 jeje... Paraguay, Argentina y Uruguay estarán clasificadas automáticamente
Hola @epirela22, no está confirmado eso todavía, según parece y para agregar confusión a esta ensalada los clasificados directos serían los dos europeos y Marruecos.
No quiero pensar en un partido inaugural en Uruguay sin Uruguay o el de aquí sin Argentina o el de Paraguay sin la selección local. Es todo tan confuso...
Una total locura el mundial en 6 naciones distintas, con climas completamente diferentes en la época del año en que se realiza el Mundial, tiene un carácter histórico debido a la importancia que tienen Argentina y Uruguay en el Fútbol, sin embargo, la sede compartida de España y Portugal, sucede igualmente por la modernidad con la que cuentan los estadios en estos países, pero Marruecos, que ahora mismo, tiene un desarrollo y un poderío económico para ser igualmente sede de un Mundial, realmente en mis pocos años de vida, es la primera vez que veo un Mundial en 6 naciones, aunque bueno, ya se vio una Eurocopa con más de una sede
