Hey Guys!!

I think you all will be fine by the grace of God Almighty.

Today I made up mind to loose my weight because I am gaining some weight.

I love to eat junk foods and ice cream. So now I made up my mind to control my diet.

Now I am only eating boiled egg, chicken or water for a drink. No more junk foods, ice cream and Beverages. It was causing so much health issues for me.

I do a walk and running in the morning and as well in the night.

Now I am trying my best to loose weight. Keep tracking me guys 🙂
