My Actifit Report Card: January 8 2021
PPL workout - LEGS
Hello everyone !
Today is a damn cold day ! Finally I would say as we are right in the middle of winter.
I had to walk/run for a while just to get warmed up.
After that I could start some sets of 20-meters sprint. It doesn’t look like I’m running fast on the pic I know :D
Finally warm enough to start my legs workout.
On the menu today:
- squats 4x25
- straight-legs deadlift with elastic bands 4x15
- walking lunges 4x30 (15 each leg)
- jumping squats 4x15
- standing calves press 4x25
Apparently cold again tomorrow not sure what I will do ;)
