PPL workout - PULL - pull-ups variations
Hello there !
Today for the back and biceps session we are visiting a lot of pull-ups variations.
Nothing targeting muscle in particular, just full compounded moves.
On the menu:
- pull-ups wide grip 4x6-10
- pull-ups close grip 4x6-10
- chin-ups hammer grip 4x8-12
- chin-ups wide grip 4x6-10
- chin-ups close grip 4x6-10
- inverted rows 4x10-12
