PPL workout - PUSH - bonus steps
Hello Actifiters !
Chest/shoulders session today and I could also beat the 10k steps as I’ve been eating outside.
On the menu today:
- Hindu push-ups 6x15
- dips on rings 5x8-12
- triceps push down 6x12-15
- diamond push-ups 4x8-12
- tucked plank to L-sit transition on rings 4x60sec
