PPL workout - PUSH
Hello Actifiters !
Again I missed my steps goal the day before but I didn’t skip the legs session :)
Yesterday was chest/shoulders though and here is the menu:
- regular push-ups 5x15
- piked push-ups 5x12-15
- shoulder press 5x15
- Hindu push-ups 5x15
- triceps push downs 5x12-15
- wide push-ups 3x15
